Property Management and 90s Singer Paula Cole

What do they have in common? Not much really. But every once in a while, I find myself humming the chorus of her 90s classic – Where have all the Cowboys gone? Except these days, I’m not wondering where the cowboys are. Rather I wonder – Where have all the Vendors gone?

Although there has been a more recent emphasis on getting young adults interested in the trades again, we are currently feeling the effects of years of shortages in training. And in Property Management, good vendors are key. So, what do you do when longtime vendors have a schedule so packed that they can no longer squeeze in your small items? Well, that’s when you start digging into your bench line up. And more importantly, this is when relationships matter and make the difference.

Investment Owners need a Property Management company that has a network that is not only expansive, but reliable. A network of professionals who won’t gouge you on pricing when you’re in a pinch and who will show up when they’re needed on a property, no matter the size or scope of the problem.

The Stafford Barrett team has a long history of building relationships in the Bryan/College Station area. We not only serve Investment Property Owners, but many of us are investors as well. Therefore, we’ve had the opportunity to be out on multiple sites and develop relationships with great local vendors. And we can bring that same level of expertise to your investment property.

Don’t be left out in the heat wondering which vendor you should call.

Let the Stafford Barrett Property Management team help take care of your property needs.

We may not know where all the cowboys have gone, but we do know where to find great vendors.
